Know Before You Go
A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this activity. Make sure you are on time on your appointment date. Ages 12-65 (parental consent required in person for those under 18 years of age) 45 – 100 kg taller than 130 cm. Modest comfortable clothing and closed shoes – no skirts, dresses, or flip flops. Good medical condition. Pregnants are not allowed to participate in Xline On entry, the customer must present a valid photo identification document such as original emirates ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the debit/credit card that was used for purchase. The name on the identification document must match the individual rider who is participating in the XLine. Timings: All Days Except Tuesday 09:30-5:30PM Please Note Pickup time may vary due to Hotel Location in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Marina, Deira or Bur Dubai hotels). Please advise about the same at the time of booking.
